2.) Submissions must contain the following: Original music, voiceover that says "Online Tonight with the Smart Family"...
3.) Submissions will be accepted by email or ftp in .wav format.
4.) Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and able to sign a legal document written in English.
5.) Entrants must legally own the work and any other files used to derive the work.
6.) Contest begins July 13, 2008 and ends August 31, 2008. Ending date is subject to change without notice.
7.) To win, a submission must meet above criteria and be judged by our hosts to be a suitable representation of the tone of the radio show, and pleasant to the ear. There is no guaranteed winner, as judging is entirely subjective. However, there may be more than one winner, if judges feel more than one entry is appropriate.
8.) Winner(s) shall be required to sign the rights to the jingle to Smart Family Media, Inc. in perpetuity.
9.) Winner(s) shall receive an iPhone 3G or a gift certificate to be redeemed for an iPhone 3G or other Apple merchandise of the winner's choice, not to exceed the price of $220. Winner(s) are responsible for activating the phone and establishing an account with a phone provider, as well as paying any monthly charges for use of the phone. Smart Family Media, Inc. is providing Winner(s) with the PHONE ONLY, no services. Winner(s) may be required to sign up for a particular length of term of service with their cell phone provider and are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with this prize.
10.) Winner(s) will also receive credit on the Online Tonight web site for their creation of the jingle(s).
