Idol Misses and Enchanted Tech Rants

Who gets sent home tonight? Sandy Deane, television editor at AOL, joins us for American Idol Wednesday, to share her views of this week's performances. Uncle Paul calls in with his opinions. We've got tech news and at least two rants from Max. Plus Jen shares her experiences as a Ruckus Nation judge (Tune in for more on Saturday!) and her thoughts on the newest Disney DVD.

Want to share your thoughts on American Idol or have a question for Sandy? Call us at 800-39-ONLINE or email radio@onlinetonight.com and we'll address your questions or comments on the air next Wednesday. Don't forget to let us know by email if you want a free Online Tonight bumper sticker, and we'll get you the instructions on how to do that.

Hour 1
Sandy Deane from AOL TV joins us to chat about this week's American Idol. Sandy thinks Paula was her most lucid this week, but that re-doing the Beatles for a second week was a bad idea. How much is information manipulated, and does Ryan bring up certain things at the last minute to try to get sympathy votes? Does Simon purposely flip-flop his support so performers don't get a big head? You can hear the disappointment in Sandy's voice when she talks about Jason's performance this week... David A. definitely redeemed himself and we finally knew the words to one of Amanda's songs. The backstory on David A's stage dad. Sandy's bottom three - Kristy Lee, Ramiele and Amanda. Uncle Paul joins us with his reactions to this week's American Idol.

Hour 2
What it was like for Jennifer as a judge of the Ruckus Nation competition. (Tune in Saturday for interviews.) Apple's big security update this week. No flash for the iPhone. Starbucks has their own feedback/social networking site. Getting music on an SD card. Max rants about a music store experience. Best Buy will give you $50 for your HD DVD player.

Hour 3
A grip that turns a DS into a guitar controller. The Wii Wheel - functional or junk? The FCC decides to change the definition of broadband and Max knows way too much about the subject. Houses shaped like rocks and spaceships. Max rants about evacuating for a natural diaster. Jen wonders about Enchanted, while Max and Vic enjoy the nostalgia.
